Who can invest?

Our services are open to investors globally above the age of 18. Individuals may acquire property personally or through certain entities. All investors must comply with local KYC and AML regulations.

Is this exclusive to seasoned investors?

No. Everyone can start buying property with us. By joining HereHere's community you have access to preselected opportunities, off market deals, educational content, webinars and personalized advice to make sure you are making well informed decisions when you buy, rent and sell.

What am I investing on?

We work exclusively with clients looking to own property directly (both personally or through an entity of their choice), and have full control over their investment.

What is the minimum investment?

Properties starting as low as USD 100,000.

Is financing available?

Yes! In the case of Uruguay, both developer finance and banking finance are available, with more or less flexibility depending on the investors profile, place of residency, etc.

Can I invest as a non resident?

Yes! In the case of Uruguay, law determines that both national and foreign investment is of national interest. That means everyone receives the same treatment. There is no minimum investment requirement for foreigners living abroad or looking to apply to residency (except for fiscal residency applicants). Property can be bought by foreign individuals and by certain type of entities with differential tax rates. Exchange market is free. Capital can be repatriated without restrictions.

Can I invest with a friend, partner or relative?

Definitely yes! We incentivize clients to co-invest in order to gain negotiating power and increase returns.

Which market and property types are you focused on right now?

We are based and starting in Montevideo, Uruguay. At this time, we are focused on the residential sector for clients pursuing capital growth, or medium to long term passive income and appreciation.

Are you planning to work with other markets or property types?

Yes. As we grow, we seek to expand to high growth markets in Latin America and other regions. We also put a lot of focus on specialized niches, seeking diversification, better returns and risk mitigation.

How do you source the right properties?

Our community relies on us to perform ongoing market analysis and opportunities that maximize their returns. To achieve that, we are constantly improving our processes and investing in our data and tech team. Also, we form alliances with market players with proven track record who can provide quality product and the right guarantees to our clients.

Do I have to be physically present?

No. A person of your trust can act on your behalf with a POA.

Who will manage my property if I’m living abroad?

We take care of your investment during the whole journey. The first thing we do is define your investment strategy. Based on that, we agree on the plan to work together up to the point you exit your investment.

Do you help setting up local banking?

Yes. Our team will provide you with the required assistance to help you navigate the process. Be aware that this is subject to banks terms and conditions.

Do you help with residency process?

Yes. Your advisor will provide you a clear overview of the residency process. In case you effectively decide to start the residency application, we will assign you a specialized partner in the subject.
